Mark your calendar for Wednesday, April 28! URI Day of Giving is a 24-hour event for alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends to come together and show their Rhody pride.

Get Involved!

URI Giving Day Advocates promote the awareness of Day of Giving and the impact of generosity on the lives of URI students. By becoming an advocate and encouraging your network to make a gift, you are amplifying your impact and improving the lives of students for years to come.

A Giving Day Advocate:

  • Raises awareness on social media by posting content and sharing with their networks to increase engagement
  • Connects with URI alumni, family, and/or friends via phone, email, text, and social media
  • Makes a gift of any amount to what they care about most and encourages others to follow their example

Returning Advocate?

  1. Log into your past GiveCampus Account
  2. Select the URI Day of Giving Campaign
  3. Copy the link and share with your network!

First Time Advocate?

  1. Sign up to be an advocate on the URI Day of Giving platform.
  2. Remain signed into your GiveCampus account while conducting outreach to track progress.
  3. Copy your link and share with your network. If you share without signing up or logging in, your impact will be counted as Community Advocate.
