Nichole Wardle ’02 is an accomplished expert in the event industry with over two decades of experience in orchestrating and managing high-profile events across various sectors. Nichole has built a reputation for excellence in creating innovative and seamless event experiences tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Nichole currently serves as the vice president of sales for PEAK Event Service’s Core Division where she manages a team of 50 event consultants who detail over 30,000 events annually across the Northeast.
Prior to her current role, Nichole was the head of sales and marketing for Longwood Venues and Destinations. There she played an integral role in the development of 1,000 annual events, revenue generation, data analysis, and structuring new venue acquisitions.
Nichole earned a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island and MBA from Bryant University. She is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and
frequently contributes thought leadership to leading publications on event trends and best practices. Her leadership style focuses strongly on client relationships, team development, creating efficiencies, and pushing the industry forward.
Under Nichole’s leadership, her team has received numerous accolades for their innovative approach and outstanding client services, including awards from the International Live Events Association (ILEA), the Special Event Magazine, Bizbash, Boston Magazine, and Providence Business News.
Nichole is dedicated to advancing the event industry through mentorship and education, guiding the next generation of event professionals and advocating for industry standards that promote excellence and sustainability. In her free time, Nichole enjoys exploring new destinations, indulging in culinary experiences, and participating in community service initiatives. She is currently an adjunct instructor for URI’s Harrington School of Communication and Media teaching Introduction to Event Management.
