GSO Alumni Reunion Featuring R/V Endeavor

Join GSO alumni for a reunion featuring tours of the R/V Endeavor at the new GSO pier, followed by lunch at Mosby. Current members of the Endeavor crew will be on board to answer questions during the tour. During lunch, GSO Dean Paula Bontempi, Ph.D. ’01, will speak about activities at GSO and plans for the future. GSO Professor Emeritus Jim Yoder, M.S. ’74, Ph.D. ’79, will also talk about his work as one of two co-chairs of The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine committee for the 2025-2035 Decadal Survey of Ocean Sciences for the National Science Foundation.
